CM Punjab Free 3-Marla Plots Scheme
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced to provision of Free 3-Marla plots Scheme to deserving and backward-class low-income families of Punjab. According to a recent news report, the Chief Minister has inaugurated the project in a special ceremony in Kala Shah Kaku, a special part of the Muskan Ravi Zahra Homes project.
Maskan-e-Ravi ‘Zahra Homes’ Initiative – Allotment of Houses to 100 Families
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif personally visited Muskan Ravi’s Side and also reviewed the houses being built there. She expressed satisfaction with the quality and facilities provided by Muskan Ravi Zahra Homes. And announced here that alignment letters and keys will be handed over to 100 families.

Key Features of Zahra Homes Community
- Each house in Zara Homes Colony will consist of about 400 square feet. Inside which two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a courtyard will be given.
- These houses have been built using Trend EPS Smart Panel Technology. In which earthquake-proof energy saving and environmental sustainability have been kept in mind.
- In addition, a five-kilowatt solar panel system that powers the solar system has been installed on the house to ensure energy production.

Facilities Available Within Community
The Muskan Ravi Housing Scheme is not just about housing but has been designed to provide a community with all the facilities.

The government has ensured that the process of providing loans is expedited as much as possible. Further, the government has increased the loan amount from Rs 1.5 million to Rs 2 million.

Maryam Aurangzeb Promoting Different Punjab’s Sectors
The energy, agriculture and industry sectors were discussed in the meeting of Province Minister Maryam Aurangzeb. In which the focus was on further increasing agricultural development. The Chief Minister has ordered the allocation of additional resources for tractors and farming.
The government will provide an additional 20 super saddles to farmers by 28 February 25 at low rates. So that the farmers of Punjab can increase their crop production by providing all the facilities for farming.
