- First, visit the official website https://dpmis.punjab.gov.pk/register provided by the government.
- Then complete the registration by providing your National Identity Card, mobile number and other information.
- Use your National Identity Card and secret password to log in to the portal.

- Select your nearest DHQ or THQ hospital and make a medical appointment.
- After verification is complete, obtain a disability certificate.
- Once eligible, go to the nearest Baitul Mal office and get your Himmat Guard.

On the instructions of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, payments for the second phase of the Himmat Card have been issued, which will start by January 25. To receive the payment of CM Himmat Card, the Punjab government has provided ATMs of the Bank of Punjab to disabled people. Through which they can easily receive their relief money.
