Punjab PSER Survey Project 2025
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has formally launched the Punjab PSER Survey Project 2025. In this Punjab Socio-Economic Registry Program, a survey will be conducted for financial assistance programs such as Kissan Card, Solar Panel Scheme, etc. The project has been designed to meet the daily expenses of the eligible family members.
The main objective of this program is to ensure equality among individuals and to help people living below the poverty line. Further, financial assistance is to be provided through various programs.

Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) 2025 Update
Completing this online PSER survey is mandatory to become eligible for all welfare schemes of the Punjab government from January 25. In particular, the beneficiaries of the Nighaban Ramadan program will be selected from among the families registered in this PSER.

Key Objectives Of CM Punjab PSER Survey Project
Key objectives of the PSER survey project 2025:
1. Data collection: To collect detailed information on the financial status, housing conditions, and livestock ownership of each household, especially those families living in rural areas.
2. Social Security eligibility: To register residents for various government social security programs. These include the E-Bike Scheme, Roshan Gharana Solar Program, Himmat Card, Kisan Card Loan, Health Card, Livestock Card, and Scholarship Program. 3. Resource allocation: To ensure that government resources and benefits go to deserving individuals and families. To use the data collected to increase the effectiveness of social welfare initiatives.
4. Livestock survey: This includes livestock data in the survey to support agricultural development and related policy making.
5. Public participation: To encourage individuals to participate in the survey through 4,000 registration centres across the province and the online portal (www.pser.punjab.gov.pk) to ensure wide participation. This also includes registering for the helpline.

Here is the registration procedure on CM Punjab PSER Portal.
- You can visit https://pser.punjab.gov.pk using your mobile or computer.
- In the front of the screen enter your full name, ID card number, mobile number, and email address.
- After that, create a password to log in in the future to apply.
- Now enter the confirm the same password again to avoid mistakes in the password.
- Finally, click on the below Register button.
How to Apply For the Punjab PSER Survey Program?
After registering on the portal, you can now apply for the PSER program, the procedure for which is given below.
New Application Process:
1.Start Application:To start the application, click on the “Application” option. A message will appear in front of you, asking you to provide honest information.
2. Family Details: You have to enter the name and CNIC number of the head of your family. Fill in basic details like gender and date of birth.
3. Health Details: If you have any disability or long-term illness, select “Yes” and if so, select the type:
Disability of arm or leg.
Intellectual disability.
Speech, hearing, or vision problems
4. Education Details: Enter your educational details. Mention whether you can read a basic sentence in any language and the highest degree you have. If you have not gone to school, give the reason.
5. Employment Details: You have to provide your last month’s income, type of job, and source of income. Include your average monthly income in Pakistani Rupees. Share your bank details (name and account number). If you do not have an account, select the relevant option.
6. Contact Details: You have to provide two mobile numbers with service providers.
7. Address Details: For both current and permanent addresses, include: Province, Union Council, City or Village, and Urban or Rural Area with full address.
8. Asset Information: You must describe the walls, roofs and condition of your home. Indicate how many people live there and provide details about the type of cooking fuel, toilets, drinking water, and electricity (owned or shared).
List any animals (e.g., cows, goats) or farm ownership. Include details of vehicles owned, such as type and number.
9. Farming Information: If you own a farm, select the type of farming: Self-farming Contract farming Shared farming Also mention the size of the land.
10. Other questions:
Answer if:
- A family member receives government assistance.
- A child in your family died last year.
- You use a mobile phone or the Internet.
- Your family has experienced a natural disaster in the past five years.
Registration Through the PSER Office Or Helpline Call
The government has set up registration centres in over 4,000 union councils and municipal offices across Punjab for application submission. You can go there and complete your PSER application or survey.
