Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has launched the CM Punjab Skill Development Program to ensure the provision of modern IT skills to the youth of Punjab. Under which new registrations are being made. CM Skill Development Program is being started with the cooperation of the Government of Punjab and the Technical Education and Vocational Training Authority.

Joining Condition For Skill Development Program

The Punjab government and TEVTA have provided conditions for joining the program. If you meet these conditions, you can easily join the Punjab Skill Development Program and take free IT courses. The details of what the eligibility criteria are are being provided to you below.

• To join, the applicant’s age must be between 18 & 25 years.
• The applicant’s minimum education should be Matric and maximum BS in Computer Science or BS in Computer Engineering.
• The applicant should have done any kind of computer course along with education.
• The applicant should not have joined the Skill Development Program before.

Skill Development Program Registration Procedure

The Punjab government has introduced a registration portal for the Chief Minister Skill Development Program. Through which you can register from home in a few seconds. To register, you have to follow the steps given below, the details of which are as follows.

• First, go to the official website of TEVTA and click on the online admission form button there.
• First, select the course category according to your education.
• Then select your shift, district and institute.
• Select your own course and click on the next button.
• In the second part of the application form, provide your personal information and guardian information.
• Then provide detailed information about your Educational qualifications.
• Finally, upload the applicant’s photograph, national identity card photograph and all the degrees and click on the submit button.
• After this, you will be allotted an application number, which you can track and check the status of the application.

Courses Providing In Punjab Skill Development Program

Some of the courses provided below by the Government of Punjab are being provided in Punjab Skill Development. You can select any of the courses given below in the Skill Development Program and take free admission to it. The details of the courses are being provided to you below which are as follows.

Last Date and Course Starting Date

TEVTA has set the last date for admissions for the Punjab Skill Development Program as February 10. If you want to earn your living by learning free IT skills under the Skill Development Program, then register as soon as possible and get the facility of free IT courses by becoming eligible. TEVTA has set the duration of the classes under the Skill Development Program as three hours and the duration of the entire course is three months. 

TEVTA has announced that to qualify for the program, you will also have to pass a registration test, the details of which will be provided to you on your mobile number. Apart from this, it has been announced that the students who pass the test will be able to attend regular classes from March 1.

Required Document 

To register for the Maryam Nawaz Skill Development Program, you will need a few documents. You will have to provide these documents at the time of registration, if you do not provide them, your registration will not be processed.

• Passport-size photograph of the applicant
• Photo of the applicant’s National Identity Card
• Copy of the applicant’s BS, Intermediate Matriculation, and Computer Certificate.
