Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has decided to start Honhaar Scholarship Phase Two to provide better education. Before this, the Punjab government has provided about 30 thousand scholarships in the scholarship phase one.
If you are studying in any government or private university and you belong to a poor family you cannot meet the educational expenses. Then apply for CM Punjab Honhar Scholarship Phase Two as soon as possible. And get an annual scholarship of Rs 30 thousand from the Punjab government after being eligible.

Honahaar Scholarship Program For Talented Students
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has launched the Honhaar Scholarship Program for talented students of Punjab. Those students who have taken admission in any government or private university of Punjab in 2024 and want to get a scholarship.
So the Punjab government is including all such students in the Honhar Scholarship and providing them with Rs. 30,000 annually. The aim of the Honhar Scholarship is to remove the obstacles faced by students in the field of education and to meet the basic educational expenses of the students.
Therefore, eligible students who are interested in the scholarship should complete their online registration as soon as possible and get the Honhar Scholarship from the Chief Minister of Punjab.

Eligibility Criteria
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has set the eligibility criteria for the Honhar Scholarship. Under which scholarships will be provided to students, if you meet the eligibility criteria, complete your registration as soon as possible and get the scholarship.
- You should belong to any district of Punjab. Students should have two passports from that district.
- The applicant’s age should not be more than 22 years as of the last date of the scholarship.
- The total monthly income of the student’s family should be less than three lakh rupees, for which the student will have to provide an affidavit.
- The applicant students who have been admitted in the fall session of 2025 and have chosen the subjects provided by any university or college will be eligible for this scholarship. Students who have taken admission in the first year of MBBS and BDS will also be eligible for it.
- The government has also set a minimum mark limit of F.Sc. or Intermediates for the applicant Honhar Scholarship students, which is given below.
- For medical and dental colleges, the marks of F.Sc should be more than 80 percent.
- In federal and private universities, 70 percent marks are mandatory for students pursuing F.Sc. Science and 65 percent marks are mandatory for students pursuing Arts subjects.
- 70 percent marks are mandatory for science students pursuing studies in public sector universities. And 65 percent marks are mandatory for students pursuing Arts and Social Sciences subjects.
- 65 percent marks are mandatory for HED colleges for Science and 60 percent marks are mandatory for Arts and Social Sciences.

Stipend Recevied Through Punjab Honhaar Scholarship
The Punjab Honhar Scholarship is provided to the students by the Punjab Government for the full expenses of the university. Honhar Scholarship is distributed only to deserving and poor students. So that they can meet their educational expenses through it. Honhar Scholarship covers the university’s 100% tuition fee of a student and in addition, Rs 30,000 is provided to each student annually.
On the instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, about one lakh children will be included in Honhar Scholarship Phase II. So that the children can improve their future and be free from the tension of their educational expenses.
Registration Procedure For CM Honhaar Scholarship
The Punjab government has introduced a registration portal for the Honhaar Scholarship 2025 through which you can register yourself from home. The registration process is very easy and has a few steps.
- In the first step, you have to provide your personal information.
- In the second step, you have to enter details about your education and universities.
- Then in the last form, you have to enter information about your household situation and submit the application.
- After that, you have to download your registration form and then after getting it verified by your universities, submit the form to the relevant authority.
