Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has increased the Honhaar Scholarship Budget to 100 billion. Maryam Nawaz has also taken steps to provide more new facilities to young students in the field of education in a ceremony. 

Therefore, the budget of the scholarship has been increased by up to Rs 100 billion. So that poor students, who are worried about inflation in the present era, can easily meet their educational expenses with scholarship stipends.

Another 20,000 Increase in the Honhaar Scholarships

Maryam Nawaz has increased the scholarship by Rs 20,000 so that more new students can also benefit from this scholarship. She has also taken steps to shift the transport culture towards e-vehicles and for the people of Punjab to breathe clean air.

She has said in a ceremony that if any child is deprived of education, I will consider it my failure. Very soon she is also going to introduce a laptop scheme for children. In which she said that the first class of laptops has arrived and will soon be started in the whole of Punjab. After making great efforts to make more scholarships successful, Maryam Nawaz will also give scholarships to children at the international level.

Eligibility Standard For Honhaar Program 

The minimum eligibility criteria for the Honhar Scholarship Programme are as follows:

  • Public Sector Medical and Dental Colleges ≥80%
  • Federal and Private Universities ≥ 70% for Sciences and ≥ 65% for Arts and Social Sciences
  • Public Sector Universities ≥ 70% for Sciences and ≥ 65% for Arts and Social Sciences
  • HED Colleges ≥65% for Sciences and ≥60% for Arts and Social Sciences

Online Apply For CM Honahaar Scholarship Budget

To apply, you can visit the online portal, the procedure of which is given below.

  1. Go to the scholarship website, and register yourself. 
  2. There, enter your name, password, and CNIC number.
  3. After registering, you have to re-enter your login details and after that, you have to complete the application form.
  4. On the form, you have to enter your personal information, educational information and social security details.
  5. After that, you have to attach the required documents in which you have to submit your domicile income affidavit and educational certificate etc.
  6. After entering all the information and details correctly, you have to complete your application online before the last date.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has taken some important steps for the students, which are a source of success for the entire Punjab.

  • It has been announced to provide interest-free loans of up to Rs 30 million to the youth to start new businesses.
  • It has also been announced to provide one lakh e-bikes to the students. 
  • E-bike charging stations will be set up in the universities and colleges of Punjab. 
  • Obstacles will be removed to provide a better future to the youth. 
  • Students and young girls will be taught artificial intelligence, robotics and other modern IT sciences. Many market 20 training programs will also be started for the youth.
