Honhaar Scholarship Phase-II 2025 has been launched by Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif for students. In phase two, 20 thousand new scholarships will be distributed among the students. This scholarship, an annual scholarship of 30 thousand will be offered to students of 68 disciplines.

In addition, 65 government and private universities, 12 medical and dental colleges, and 359 government colleges, along with the private sector, have also been included. The main objective of this program is to facilitate educational activities among students so that the poorest children who face difficulty in meeting their educational expenses can overcome this problem by getting this scholarship.

Scope of Phase II Honahaar Scholarship Extended For Students

The scope of the scholarship has been expanded by the government to the second, third, and fourth year. In this phase, those who are studying from the second to the eighth semester can apply. The scholarship scheme launched in the first phase was only for first-year students. 

Now the online portal has also been updated for students applying in the second phase. You will apply according to the second phase. In this second phase, students of public sector colleges, universities, and medical colleges can apply for the scholarship program phase two.

How to be Eligible for CM Punjab Honhaar Scholarship Phase-II 2025?

To apply or be eligible for this CM Punjab Honhaar Scholarship Program Phase II, students should fulfill the following criteria.

  • Domicile of the Punjab
  • 22 years of age on the closing date
  • Family monthly income should be < Rs 300,00 
  • The Applicant must be enrolled in Selected Disciplines in the Selected Universities / Colleges in the 3rd semester to 8th semester of 2025
  • Students already enrolled in 2nd year to 5th of MBBS and BDS are eligible. 
  • Minimum FSc./Intermediate marks:
  • Medical Colleges > 80%
  • Top Universities > 80%
  • Public Sector Universities > 75% for Sciences and  70% for Arts and Social Sciences.
  • HED Colleges > 65% for Sciences and 60% for Arts and Social Sciences.

Online Apply Or Registration Portal For Scholarship

  1.  Visit the website: Using your computer laptop visit the website of the scholarship Punjab HEC Government PK. 
  2. Register On Portal: There you have to create your account. To create, click on the register button. 
  3. Application Form: After that, the registration details will be displayed in front of you. You have to fill in all your information on the Application form according to your educational documents. 
  4. Note: Remember that you have to enter all this information correctly on the form.
  5. Upload documents: Finally, you have to upload all the documents requested on the form.
