• You must be a permanent resident of Pakistan.

• Your poverty score should be between 30 and 32 %. 
• No such family member is working in any government department. 
• No FIR or criminal proceedings have been initiated against you. 
• You have land ownership between one acre and three acres. You do not have a passport to go abroad.

The procedure for joining the NSER Benazir Dynamic Register is as follows. If you or any member of your household has not been surveyed or you want to change the information of your household or it has been two years since the last survey was completed. 

1. In such a case, you can visit the office of the Benazir Income Support Program.
2. There you have to contact the NSER registration representative. 
3. Provide the representative with your ID card, child’s birth certificate and other necessary documents. 
4. The representative also asks you for socio-economic information in which you provide answers to all the questions. 
5. Finally, your biometric verification process is completed. 
6. After this, all your information is collected and verified.

Those applicants who have registered themselves through the Dynamic Registry Survey and want to complete the status check of their application from home. For this, you can use the 8171 portal established by the government. 

Visit this portal and enter the information given on the form there, such as CNIC number and captcha code. Click on the Know button at the end. In a few seconds, a confirmation message regarding the verification of your application or eligibility will be shown on the screen. If you are declared eligible, you will be issued an installment of 13500.
