Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced to start Punjab Nigehban Ramadan Rashan Program again for the blessed month of Ramadan. Like last year, this time also the Punjab government will provide free ration to deserving and poor families at their doorsteps. For this, the government has started registration.

Nigehban Ramdan Rashan Registration Via PSER Survey
The government has introduced the PSER survey portal for the registration of the Nigehban Ramadan Rashan. Registration is being done through it. The Punjab government is doing registration through the PSER survey. Because many white-clad people could not go to the centres and get their registration done.
Therefore, the government has now released the PSER portal for such people. Through this they can register for the Ramadan Nigehban rashan program from home and, if eligible, can get a free ration at their doorstep.
PSER Survey Registration Procedure
If you want to register for the Nigahban Ramadan Ration Relief Program, then you have to go to the PSER Survey Portal. How can you register? Full details are being provided to you below.
- Visit PSER Portal: First of all, go to pser.punjab.gov.pk
- Register To PSER Portal: After the portal opens, click on the Register Now button and register by providing your name, CNIC, mobile number, email and password
- Login To PSER Portal: Then log in using your National Identity Card and secret password and go to your application. Click on the New Application button and enter your information.
- Enter Data To Portal: In the first stage of the application, the head of the family enters his information.
- Then in the second stage of the PSER survey, fill in the data of all the people in your family.
- Enter your Contact information in the third section of the PSER Registration Portal.
- After that, provide details about your Assets and bank account details.
- Then enter agricultural land information in the PSER Registration Survey.
- Then review your application and click on the submit button.
- This will complete your PSER survey for the Nigehban Ramadan Rashan Program. If you are selected, you will be provided with free ration during Ramadan at your doorstep.

Eligibility Criteria For Nigehban Ramadan Program
The government has also set an eligibility criteria to join the Ramadan Nigahban Ration Program. If you meet this eligibility criteria, you can register in your PSER survey and become eligible to get free ration. The details of this eligibility criteria are as follows.
- The applicant should be unemployed and have no permanent source of income.
- The applicant’s household monthly income should be less than 50 thousand.
- Your poverty score should be less than 32 PMT.
- You should be registered in the Benazir Kafalat Program or Ehsaas Kafalat Program.
- The applicant should not have any kind of bank account.
- You should not have a passport and should not have traveled abroad.
- You should not have agricultural land.
- You should be a widow, divorced or disabled woman.

8070 PSER Nigehban Rashan Program
If you are eligible for PSER survey registration, then you will be provided with a confirmation of your eligibility for the Punjab Nigehban Rashan Program by the Punjab Government through SMS 8070.
Apart from this, you will also be provided with information about the distribution of the Nigehban Rashan Program through SMS code 8070, after which your ration will be provided to you at your home.
Last Deadline for Registration For the PSER Survey
The Punjab government has announced that those families who are eligible and want to join the Ramadan Nigahban Ration Program. So they should get their PSER survey registration done as soon as possible. The Punjab government has set up more than 1500 centres for this in the municipal committees of different cities. Apart from this, you can also do your PSER survey sitting at home.
The Punjab government has announced that the person who completes his PSER survey registration before February 25 will be included in the Ramadan Nigahban Ration Program and will be provided with a free ration.
