1. First of all, you have to visit the official website of PSER. 
2. You have to create a new account on the portal. If you have already created an account, then enter your email and password to log in. 
3. After that, after registering on the portal and logging in, select the option of New Application. 
4. In the next step, you have to enter the information of the head of the family on the application.

After entering all the information, you have to click on the Next Step button. 

5. Then the information of the family roster comes in front of you, in which you have to enter all the data about the family members. 
6. Then by clicking on the Next button, you have to enter the contact information, in which you enter the information of email, current address, district, etc. 
7. In the next step, you enter the information of the assets and click on the Next button. 
8. A basic information option is shown in which you enter all the data related to your farming. 
9. In the next step, you enter information related to miscellaneous information. 
10. Finally, review the information in which you review all the information entered on the form. Finally, click on the submit button. 

Your application, i.e. PSER survey is completed online, which is done for ration cards within about 10 to 15 minutes.
